Ingredients: 2 packets carrots cut in shape of your choice (I used the food processor ) 2 extra pineapples peeled & cubed 2 cups of cut green beans 8 medium green chillies sliced 4 red chillies sliced 1 small green pepper cubed 1 medium red pepper cubes 1/4 cup peas (yes peas) Add above to a dish , & sprinkle 1 tbs methi pickle masala & toss well
Sauce : 2 cups mustard sauce 2 tbs Wooster sauce 1/4 cup Mrs balls chutney 1/4 cup sweet chilli 1 tsp egg yellow 1 tsp salt 1 cup sugar 3 tbs methi pickle masala 1 tsp chilli flakes 2 heaped tsp chilli powder Mix 1 cup vinegar with 4 heap tbs maizena
Boil all the ingredients except the maizena & vinegar mixture , once the sauce is formed & boiling add the maizena mixture & whisk well then pour over the carrot mix & toss well ..
