Festive No-Bake Mini Cheesecakes with Holiday Sprinkles

  • Mini Christmas no bake Cheesecakes

    Ingredients

    Crust:
    • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs (or digestive biscuits)
    • 6 tbsp melted butter
    • 2 tbsp sugar

    Filling:
    • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
    • 1 cup powdered sugar
    • 1 cup cold heavy cream
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract

    Topping:
    • Red & green sprinkles
    • Optional: crushed candy canes


    Method

    1️⃣ Make the crust
    • Mix crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.

    2️⃣ Fill the liners
    • Press about 2 tbsp of the mixture into each cupcake liner or mini mold.
    • Chill in the fridge.

    3️⃣ Make the filling
    • Beat cream cheese until smooth.
    • Add powdered sugar and mix well.

    4️⃣ Whip the cream
    • In another bowl, whip heavy cream + vanilla until thick and fluffy.

    5️⃣ Combine
    • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

    6️⃣ Fill
    • Spoon or pipe the filling onto each crust.

    7️⃣ Chill
    • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight).

    8️⃣ Decorate
    • Add sprinkles and candy canes before serving.
