peanut butter baked oatmeal (makes 2 servings): 1 banana 1 cup oats @bobsredmill 1 1/4 cup almond milk @califiafarms (can also do 1 cup if you like your oats thicker) 2 tablespoons maple syrup 2 tablespoons chia seeds 2 teaspoons vanilla 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 scoop peanut butter protein powder @truvani 2 tablespoons peanut butter
instructions: preheat oven to 400. add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth consistency. then add the batter to an oven safe baking dish. bake for 30 minutes. also love adding chocolate chips but I didn’t have any!
