Method Mix: • 2 tbsp soy sauce • 1 tbsp honey • 1–2 tsp @angusandoink Korean seasoning (start with 1 if spicy) • 1 tsp garlic
This will give you a sweet & spicy Korean glaze.
• Pan on medium-high, bit of oil • Add pork and cook 4–5 mins • Pour in the Korean honey glaze • Let it bubble for 1–2 mins until thick, sticky, glossy
Microwave the yakitori rice for 2 mins. (From @lidlgb)
Top rice with the sticky Korean pork. Add (if you have): • Sesame seeds • Spring onion • Drizzle of extra honey • Chilli flakes I stir fried some veggies too
