Recipe:
- 250g sweet potato
- 1/2 tsp olive oil @dinnerdrug
- 1/4 + 1/2 tsp of your fav spices (here: @santamariabelgium tandoori #gifted)
- 125g minced chicken
- 65g cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 avocado
- 15g spinach
- 120g cottage cheese
- sesame seeds @wearesaitaku #gifted

1) Peel and dice the sweet potato. Toss together with the olive oil and 1/4 tsp spices. Air fry for 15 min. on 200β€’C.
2) Fry the chicken with the remaining spices until done.
3) Halve the cherry tomatoes. Slice the avocado.
4) Assemble your bowl: sweet potato, chicken, spinach, cherry tomatoes, cottage cheese, avocado, sesame seeds.
