Cinnamon Air-Fried Peaches with Vanilla Bliss

    This easy cinnamon peach dessert tastes just like peach pie—minus the crust! So simple, so good, and the perfect way to celebrate peach season. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and thank me later.

    Air fry, bake, or grill—whatever suits your summer vibe.

    Ingredients:
    1 peach (increase quantities as needed)
    1 tbsp monk fruit powder (or granulated sugar, coconut sugar, etc.)
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tbsp butter, room temperature
    Olive oil
    Scoop of vanilla ice cream
    Directions:
    Preheat air fryer to 350°F. Cut the peach in half, remove the pit, and brush with olive oil.
    Place the peach halves cut side down in the air fryer basket and cook for 6 minutes or until tender.
    Meanwhile, mix the butter, monk fruit powder, and cinnamon.
    Using tongs, flip the peach halves over, and fill each with the cinnamon butter mixture. Return to the air fryer, cut side up, and cook for an additional 4 minutes.
    Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar.
    For baking: Follow the same steps but bake at 400°F for 10 minutes cut side down, then an additional 10-15 minutes cut side up.
