This recipe is basically a caramelised peach (one of the best fruits to caramelise imo), topped with skyr and granola to give you all the nutritiousness you need in the morning 😊
Deats: – 1 peach – 1 tsp maple syrup – 75g skyr – 25g granola (@turtlecereals Power Granola #gifted)
1) Preheat oven to 180°C 2) Cut the peach in half and remove the pit. Place on baking paper and drizzle with maple syrup. Bake for 5 min. 3) Top with skyr and granola
