Creamy Cheeseburger Mac & Cheese Skillet

    1 lb ground beef

    8 oz elbow macaroni

    1 tbsp olive oil or butter

    1 small onion, diced

    2 cloves garlic, minced

    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

    1 cup milk

    1/2 cup beef broth

    1/4 cup ketchup

    1 tbsp yellow mustard

    Salt & pepper to taste

    Optional: chopped pickles and cooked bacon for topping

    Fresh parsley or green onions, for garnish

    Directions 👩‍🍳:

    Cook Pasta: Boil macaroni until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Brown Beef: In a skillet, heat oil and sauté onions until soft. Add garlic and ground beef. Cook until browned, season with salt and pepper.

    Make Sauce: Stir in ketchup, mustard, milk, and beef broth. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.

    Cheesy Goodness: Add shredded cheddar and stir until smooth and creamy.

    Combine: Mix in cooked pasta. Stir well to coat everything in the cheesy sauce.

    Garnish & Serve: Top with pickles, bacon, and parsley if desired. Serve hot!
