Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In one shallow bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, beat the egg, and in a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs. Dredge each chicken breast in the flour mixture, dip in the egg, and coat with breadcrumbs. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside. In the same pan, sauté sliced mushrooms for 3-4 minutes. Add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce thickens.
