Spicy Garlic Chicken Ziti

    8 oz ziti pasta

    1 lb chicken breast or thighs, thinly sliced

    4 garlic cloves, minced

    1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced

    3 tbsp soy sauce

    2 tbsp oyster sauce

    1 tbsp hoisin sauce

    1 tbsp chili garlic sauce (adjust to your heat level)

    1 tsp sesame oil

    2 tbsp vegetable oil

    1 tsp cornstarch (optional, mixed with 2 tbsp water)

    2 green onions, chopped

    Directions 🍳

    Cook ziti pasta in salted water until al dente, according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

    In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

    Add sliced chicken and stir-fry until golden brown and fully cooked.

    Add minced garlic and ginger; sauté for 1–2 minutes until aromatic.

    Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, chili garlic sauce, and sesame oil. If a thicker sauce is desired, mix in the cornstarch slurry.

    Add the cooked ziti and toss until every bite is coated in the spicy, savory sauce. Cook for another 2–3 minutes.

    Top with chopped green onions and serve hot!
