CHEESY CHORIZO MARRY ME TORTELLINI 💍
When marry me turns cheesy 🧀👏😂
1 tablespoon olive oil
Handful spinach
1 onion, very finely minced
100g diced chorizo
2 garlic cloves
200ml chicken stock
200ml single cream
2 tablespoon grated parmesan
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon chilli flakes
1 teaspoon oregano
6 sun-dried tomatoes, roughly chopped
Handful of fresh basil, chopped
250g @aldiuk three cheese tortellini
Fry off the onion, chorizo and garlic
Add in your cream, parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon paprika, chilli flakes, oregano, and sun-dried tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and taste to adjust the seasoning.
Meanwhile, cook your tortellini in salted boiling water based on package instructions.
Once cooked, add to your creamy mixture along with the spinach and let it wilt
Add the basil and salt and pepper then serve
