CREAMY GARLIC SAUSAGE & LEEK TAGLIATELLE 🧄
4 skinless @richmond_foods sausages
Small pinch of spinach
1/2 leek, very finely chopped
2 tbsp @aldiuk garlic& herbs soft cheese
Lots of minced garlic
250ml chicken stock
3 @aldiuk tagliatelle nests
Salt, pepper, oregano
Fry off the sausages and bash them with the back of the spoon to make a mince texture
Book the tagliatelle
Once sausages are cooked, add in the leeks and continue cooking until softened
Add in the rest of the ingredients apart from the pasta and simmer until the pasta cooks, then add it into the sausage and season to taste
