Yesterday made this salmon for lunch and served it on top of avocado and feta toast made with keto friendly Sola Sweet & Buttery Bread @thesolacompany
Seriously the perfect meal.😍👌
Takes just 10 Minutes!
🔷The Process:
☆ 1 pound of salmon seasoned with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon ghee over medium heat and sear for about 4 minutes then flip and cook for another 4 minutes.
☆ Mix together 1 tablespoon honey and 1 tablespoon whole grain dijon mustard then spread on top of the salmon.
☆ Toast a piece of keto friendly Sola Sweet & Buttery Bread @thesolacompany, smear some avocado and add some feta cheese and a drizzle of olive oil.
☆ Serve with cucumbers with sea salt, hemp seeds and coconut aminos.
