MOROCCAN HARISSA MEATBALL TAGLIATELLE 🇲🇦
Picked up this delicious @encona.sauces Moroccan harissa sauce the other day and was thinking of new things to create with it.
1 onion, very finely minced
1/2 red pepper, very finely minced
As much sauce as you like, it has a nice spice to it
@vegetarianbutcher meatballs, or whichever you prefer
250ml pasatta
Taglietelle
Finely dice the veggies then sautee them off until soft
Pasta on to boil
Once veggies are soft add in the meatballs and allow them to cook through (if using meat brown the meat off first)
Add in the pasatta and harissa and simmer until the pasta cooks through
Once pasta is nearly done add to the sauce and toss it all together to combine, add a splash of pasta water if preferred
