Cowboy Butter Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:

1 cup unsalted butter, softened
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Salt to taste
Directions:

In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter with minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped chives, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice.
Stir in red pepper flakes and black pepper. Season with salt to taste.
Mix all ingredients until well combined.
Transfer the cowboy butter into a serving bowl or store in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Allow to come to room temperature before serving for easier dipping.
Serve as a dipping sauce with grilled meats, seafood, or vegetables.
