Controversial I know but I feel every bite is so much more balanced as I can mix everything together and it’s also great for getting nachos and scooping the contents onto them 👀
Anyway this delicious burrito bowl had:
Tomato rice
Black beans
Roasted cauliflower
Lettuce
Avocado
Pico de gallo
And to top it off I added sriracha mayo but it would have ruined the aesthetic 😂
