Peach and coconut granola!!
Ingredients-
- 200g oats
- 1tbsp flaxseed
- 50g coconut chips
- 60g dried peaches- chopped
- 40g maple syrup
- 2 biggg tbsp @yumellofoods crunchy peanut butter*
Method-
💫preheat your oven to 180*c and line a baking tray.
💫mix together all of your ingredients until fully combined.
💫tip onto your baking tray and flatten with the back of a spoon. Bake for 20 mins.
💫leave to cool completely then break into chunks. Stir through some more coconut flakes once cooled.
Store in an airtight container:)
