    Ingredients:
    For the Chicken:
    • 2 large chicken breasts
    • Salt and pepper, to taste
    • 1 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning
    • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    • Olive oil, for cooking
    For the Creamy Lemon Sauce:
    • 3 cloves garlic, minced
    • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
    • 1/2 cup chicken broth
    • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, plus more to taste
    • 1 cup heavy cream
    • Salt and pepper, to taste
    • Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
    • Lemon slices, for garnish
    Directions:
    1. Prepare the Chicken:
    o Slice each chicken breast in half horizontally to create four thinner pieces.
    o Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt, pepper, and Italian herb seasoning.
    o Dredge each piece of chicken in the all-purpose flour, shaking off any excess.
    2. Cook the Chicken:
    o In a large skillet, heat a generous amount of olive oil over medium-high heat.
    o Once the oil is hot, add the chicken breasts to the skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is golden brown and fully cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
    o Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside on a plate.
    3. Make the Creamy Lemon Sauce:
    o In the same skillet, add the unsalted butter and melt it over medium heat.
    o Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
    o Pour in the chicken broth and fresh lemon juice, stirring to combine. Allow the mixture to simmer for 2-3 minutes to reduce slightly.
    o Stir in the heavy cream, and season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste. Let the sauce simmer for an additional 3-5 minutes, or until it thickens to your desired consistency.
    o Taste and adjust the lemon juice and seasoning as needed.
    4. Combine and Serve:
    o Return the cooked chicken breasts to the skillet, spooning the creamy lemon sauce over the top. Allow the chicken to heat through for a couple of minutes.
    o Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and lemon slices.
