1/2cup oil 1 cup flour 4tsp yoghurt 1tsp baking powder Beat eggs, vanilla and sugar till light and fluffy Then add oil and beat for 5mins Add flour and beat, then yoghurt and lastly baking powder Makes 12 cupcakes
Bake at 180 till done Sprinkle icing sugar once. Cooled
