Marinate steak in above spices for about 15 to 20 minutes.
In a flat pot on medium heat. Add 1 medium finely chopped onion in 3 tabs oil and 2 tabs butter till onions are translucent. Add marinated steak .Cook on low to medium heat .If steak is firm add 1/2 cup boiling water till soft and tender. Add 1 medium liquidized tomato and cook for approx 30 minutes until soft. Once steak is almost cooked add approx 1/2 cup julienne red, yellow bell peppers . Add 1 tabls Steers Barbecue sauce, 1 tabls Nandos Bushveld sauce and 1 tabls Steers Peri Peri sauce . Lastly add 1/2 cup whipped fresh cream. Leave to simmer.
Cook till all the ingredients, sauces infused...do not let the steak dry out, leave it moist and add a blob of butter on top. Enjoy with potato wedges, rotis or puris. 🌿🥩🍅🌶️🌿🥩🍅🌶️🌿🥩🍅🌶️
