Spooky Monster Burger with Cheesy Smiles and Ketchup Faces
đđ BLOODY BURGER HEADS đЏ

Whether you go for Frankenstein frowns, vampire grins, or goofy monster smiles, these burgers turn dinner into edible art.
Ingredients (makes 6â10):
⢠½ lb ground beef
⢠1 large onion, diced
⢠½ Tbsp garlic powder
⢠2 cups spinach, pressed
⢠4 slices cheddar cheese
⢠Ketchup (for decorating)
Instructions:
1. Preheat grill to medium-high.
2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, onion, and garlic powder with clean hands.
3. Form into patties or squares.
4. Press your thumb into the center, fill with spinach, then cover with more beef.
5. Grill 5â7 minutes on one side, flip, and cook another 1½â2 minutes.
6. Top with cheese and cook 2â3 more minutes until melted.
7. Once cooked, use ketchup to draw facesâscary scars, silly smiles, or bloody drips.
đ Halloween Fact: Ketchup wasnât always the tomato sauce we know today. In the 1700s, it was often made with mushrooms or fish! The tomato version became popular in the 19th century and eventually claimed its rightful spot as Americaâs favorite condimentâperfect for spooky âblood.â
đť Spooky Serving Idea: Line your burger heads on a dark platter with shredded lettuce âhairâ sticking out around them. Add candy eyes on top (before serving!) to give each burger its own personality. The creepier the face, the bigger the laughs!
