Spooky Cheesy Monster Roll Ups with Creepy Faces

Who says lunch has to be boring? These Monster Roll Ups are proof that even a simple tortilla can turn into a spooky masterpiece. Creamy, crunchy, cheesy, and just a little creepy, theyâre perfect for a quick lunch before trick-or-treating or as a silly snack thatâll have the kids giggling at the table. And yesâthe fun is in the faces.
Ingredients (makes 4 servings):
⢠1 (8-inch) flour tortilla
⢠1 cup chive or vegetable gardenâflavored cream cheese
⢠1 cucumber, cut into long thin strips
⢠1 slice low-sodium honey ham
⢠1 slice low-sodium chicken breast
⢠1 tomato, sliced thin
⢠2 slices cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
⢠Black writing gel (for decorating)
Instructions:
1. Lay out tortillas and spread evenly with cream cheese.
2. Top with cucumber strips, ham, chicken, tomato slices, and cheese.
3. Roll up tightly and slice each tortilla into 4 pieces.
4. Place under the broiler for 2â4 minutes until the cheese melts.
5. Use black writing gel to draw funny monster faces right on the tortillasâeyes, scars, smiles, or fangs!
