1) Heat the olive oil over medium heat. Fry the gnocchi until they turn crispy and brown. 2) Fry the chicken with some cooking spray over medium heat until done. Season with your fav seasoning (here: @santamariabelgium tandoori #gifted) 3) Halve the cherry tomatoes and chop the basil. 4) Serve the gnocchi with the chicken, tomatoes, basil and straciatella.
