Straciatella gnocchi bowl ๐Ÿค

Pan fried is the best way to prepare gnocchi and youโ€™re not gonna convince me otherwise ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ A simple but nutritious bowl, perfect to refuel whenever needed ๐Ÿ˜Š

Recipe:
- 1/2 tsp olive oil @dinnerdrug
- 200g gnocchi
- 130g minced chicken
- 100g cherry tomatoes
- sprig of basil
- 50g straciatella cheese

1) Heat the olive oil over medium heat. Fry the gnocchi until they turn crispy and brown.
2) Fry the chicken with some cooking spray over medium heat until done. Season with your fav seasoning (here: @santamariabelgium tandoori #gifted)
3) Halve the cherry tomatoes and chop the basil.
4) Serve the gnocchi with the chicken, tomatoes, basil and straciatella.
