~protein vanilla rice pudding~ • this dessert is so nostalgic for me, i LOVED it as a kid. i decided to make a higher protein & healthier version as the perfect pre-gym breakfast, and it definitely lived up to the ones i had as a child. super easy to make too (only 3 ingredients🤩) thanks to @musclenation’s vanilla protein custard! the recipe/macros are below, enjoy xx
- 100g uncooked white rice (feel free to adjust portions depending on your goals-this was quite filling) - 30g vanilla protein custard @musclenation (dc: NOURISHLILY) - cinnamon - vanilla yoghurt/strawberries to top
- cook the rice with water and scoop into a bowl. mix together the vanilla protein custard with water until a smooth consistency has formed. stir it into the rice with the cinnamon. add desired toppings (can eat this straight away or refrigerate). - enjoy! 🤍
