Chocolate fudge brownie sundaes recipe

Ingredients

200 g double/heavy cream
100 g dark chocolate (milk works too)
2 large brownies (any kind)

Instructions

In a bowl or jug, add the cream and whisk until soft, light peaks form.

Divide the cream into two bowls and set aside.

Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30-second breaks until smooth, then let it cool slightly.

Add half the chocolate into half of the cream to make a chocolate cream, then mix through.

Break the brownies into small pieces.

Layer your sundae however you like: cream, brownie pieces, chocolate cream, more brownies, and more cream.

Top with extra chocolate and enjoy!
