Cream the butter and sugar together, then slowly add the eggs and mix for three minutes. Add the flour and baking powder, stir to combine. Place a spoonful of mixture into each muffin case, filling just over halfway. Add about eight blueberries to each. Bake at 200°C / 400°F for 20 minutes, or until golden. That’s it! Dust with a little icing sugar and they’re perfect warm from the oven.
