    This is the kind of dish that’s messy in all the right ways. Juicy chunks of chicken breast, pan-seared until golden, then tossed in a sticky mango chili glaze that’s sweet, tangy, and spicy — all at once. No garnish, no filter, just pure flavor.



    📝 Ingredients (serves 2–3):

    For the chicken:
    • 2 boneless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
    • Salt & pepper
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tbsp butter

    For the glaze:
    • ½ cup mango purée (fresh or frozen mango, blended)
    • 1–2 tsp chili paste or sriracha
    • 1 tbsp honey
    • 1 tsp rice vinegar or lime juice
    • 1 garlic clove, grated
    • Salt to taste



    🔥 Instructions:
    1. Sear the chicken:
    Season chicken with salt and pepper. Sear in olive oil and butter over medium-high heat until golden brown and just cooked through. Set aside.
    2. Make the glaze:
    In a pan, combine mango purée, chili paste, honey, vinegar/lime juice, garlic, and salt. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until thick and glossy.
    3. Glaze it rustic:
    Add the chicken back to the pan. Toss to coat. Let the sauce stick unevenly and caramelize in spots. Scrape the good bits off the bottom — that’s where the flavor lives.
    4. Serve naturally:
    Spoon onto a plate. Let the glaze pool and drip. Let it look (and taste) homemade.
