    📝 Ingredients (makes ~1½ cups):
    • 1 cup feta cheese (preferably block-style, not crumbled)
    • ½ cup roasted red peppers (jarred or homemade)
    • 2–3 tbsp olive oil

    • 1 tbsp lemon juice
