    This is comfort food with elegance: thick pasta wrapped in a creamy garlic-lemon sauce, with flaky pieces of seared salmon tucked in. No garnish. No fuss. Just warm, buttery flavor in every bite — and enough sauce to coat the plate.



    📝 Ingredients (serves 2):
    • 200g pasta (tagliatelle, fettuccine or short pasta)
    • 1 salmon fillet (skinless)
    • Salt & pepper
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tbsp butter

    For the sauce:
    • 1 tbsp butter
    • 2 garlic cloves, minced
    • ½ cup heavy cream
    • Zest of 1 lemon
    • 1 tbsp lemon juice
    • ¼ cup grated parmesan
    • Salt & pepper to taste



    🔥 Instructions:
    1. Cook the pasta:
    Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ¼ cup of pasta water.
    2. Cook the salmon:
    Season salmon with salt and pepper. Sear in olive oil and butter until golden and just cooked through. Let it rest, then flake into large pieces.
    3. Make the sauce:
    In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add cream, lemon zest, juice, and parmesan. Simmer until slightly thick. Adjust salt and pepper.
    4. Combine:
    Toss pasta in the sauce with a splash of pasta water until coated. Gently fold in salmon flakes — let some break apart, let some stay whole.
    5. Serve:
    Spoon into a ceramic plate. Let the sauce pool. Let it look honest.
