1/4 cup oil 1/4 cup desicated coconut 1 tbls cocoa
1/2 tsp baking powder 1 cup flour ( add more as needed)
To decorate 80g plain chocolate melted Grated mint chocolate
Method 1. Beat the butter, sugar and caramel essence untill light and fluffy. 2 . Add the oil , coconut and cocoa ,mix well. 4. Lastly add the sifted flour to make a soft dough. 4. Roll out and cut into triangles , bake @ 160 for 20 minutes. 5. When cool spread melted chocolate and sprinkle grated mint choc over.
