INGREDIENTS Crush biscuits 6 tbsp Mascarpone cheese 250gr Double cream 100 ml Hazelnuts cream 2 tbsp Ferrero rocher 8 chopped 2 pieces melted cooled White chocolate Topping melted (cooled) hazelnuts cream, chopped hazelnuts, fresh cream swirl and a little chocolate.
METHOD Crush biscuits add to glass. Mix Cream cheese, double cream, hazelnuts cream, white choc and whisk, then add chopped Ferrero rocher and mix with a wooden spoon, add on top of biscuit base -place in the fridge to set for 10-15 mins.
Melt hazelnuts cream, allow to cool, then add to glass, top with chopped hazelnuts, fresh cream and a Ferrero rocher on top.
