DRAGON CHICKEN
Ingredients:
For chicken marination:
Chicken boneless 500 gm Soy sauce 1 tbsp Salt to taste Black pepper powder 1/2 tbsp Cornflour 3 -4tbsps Egg white 1 Oil for deep frying
Ingredients for gravy
Chicken stock 1/4 cup Crushed red chilli 1tbsp Honey 2 tbsp Garlic chopped 1/2 tbsp Ginger chopped 1 tsp Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup Chilli sauce / red chilli paste 1 tbsp Oil 2 tbsp Green onion leaves 2 tbsp Sesame seeds 1 tsp Salt to taste Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Method:
Marinate chicken for 30 mins. Then fry it until golden brown and set aside. In pan heat oil add ginger, garlic, and Crushed Red chilli and saute it until fragrant then add tomato ketchup, chicken stock, red chilli paste, salt, and soy sauce cook until the sauce thickens then add honey and chicken. In the end, add green onion leaves and Sesame seeds. Serve hot.
