Salwaa’s Sweet & Sour Chicken

600gram cubed chicken
fillet / breast
Coat chicken with:
1 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon salt or to taste
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1 Tablespoon garlic paste
2 Tablespoons of flour
Marinate for a couple of hours in the fridge.

Into a hot pot add a few tablespoons of oil of choice
Flash fry the marinated chicken just for a couple of minutes
Add half an onion & red pepper coarsely cut.
Stir
Add 1/4 cup of sweet chilli sauce and any good squeeze of BBQ sauce of choice
Add a cup or two, cubed pineapple pieces as well as 2 tablespoons of brown vinegar.
Water as required about 1/2 cup or so
Cook for a couple of minutes
Taste
At this stage you may add more sugar, cayenne pepper and vinegar if preferred.

Enjoy with rice.
