happy #nationalicecreamday ! This is my go to ice cream recipe because it is VERY simple and you can basically add any toppings you want to make a new flavor. For this batch, I added chocolate chips, pretzels, almonds, and caramel chips, and I topped with coconut shavings.
EASY ICE CREAM RECIPE (Vanilla but you could add cocoa to make it chocolate)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- Toppings:)
1. Whip cream to stiff peaks
2. Fold in condensed milk
3. if you have an ice cream maker, put mixture into ice cream maker and stir in toppings at very end, then freeze overnight
4. If you don’t have an ice cream maker, stir in toppings and freeze
