🍓 Raspberry Coconut Magic Bars 🥥
📋 Ingredients:
🍪 1 2/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
🧈 1/2 cup butter, melted
🍬 2 tbsp sugar
🥥 3 cups sweetened, flaked coconut
🥛 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
🍓 1 cup seedless raspberry preserves (or the flavor of your choice)
🌰 1/2 cup chopped pecans
🍫 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
🍫 1/3 cup white baking chips
🧈 1 tsp shortening
📝 Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). 🔥
2️⃣ Make the crust:
Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a small bowl. Press into a lightly greased 9x13-inch baking dish. 🍪
3️⃣ Add coconut and milk:
Sprinkle the coconut over the crust and drizzle the sweetened condensed milk over the top. 🥥🥛
4️⃣ Bake:
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the coconut is lightly browned. 🍰
5️⃣ Cool:
Let cool completely. ❄️
6️⃣ Add preserves and pecans:
Spread raspberry preserves over the cooled coconut crust and sprinkle with chopped pecans. 🍓🌰
7️⃣ Melt and drizzle chocolate:
Melt semisweet chocolate chips in the microwave until smooth. Drizzle over pecans. Melt white baking chips with shortening in the microwave and drizzle over the top. 🍫
8️⃣ Set and cut:
Let chocolate firm up in the fridge or on the counter. Cut into bars. 🍫🍴
📌 Notes:
✔️ For a thicker preserve layer, use more than 1 cup of preserves.
✔️ Other flavors like blackberry or strawberry preserves also work great.
