📋 Ingredients:

For the Chicken:
🍗 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
🥛 1/3 cup whole milk
🥚 1 large egg
🌾 1/4 cup cornstarch
🌾 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
🧂 1 teaspoon salt
🌶️ 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
🌾 2 cups vegetable oil (for frying)
For the Bang Bang Sauce:
🥄 1/3 cup mayonnaise
🍯 2 tablespoons honey
🌶️ 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
🌶️ 1 tablespoon sriracha
🧂 1/2 teaspoon salt
🌿 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

📝 Instructions:

1️⃣ Prepare the sauce:
In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, honey, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and sesame seeds. Set aside. 🍯
2️⃣ Prepare the chicken:
Cut the chicken breast into 1-inch cubes.
In a medium bowl, whisk together milk and egg.
In a separate bowl, combine cornstarch, flour, salt, and black pepper. 🌾
3️⃣ Coat the chicken:
Place the cubed chicken into the milk and egg mixture, stirring to coat completely.
Allow any excess liquid to drip off before transferring the chicken to the bowl with the flour mixture.
Toss the chicken in the flour mixture until well-coated. 🌶️
4️⃣ Fry the chicken:
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F.
Fry the chicken in batches for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
