🧁 Meatball Sub Cupcakes 🧁
📋 Ingredients:
🥩 1 lb Italian turkey meatballs (about 15 meatballs)
🍞 1 can refrigerated biscuits (10 biscuits)
🧀 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
🍅 1 cup marinara sauce
📝 Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 🔥
2️⃣ Cut each biscuit in half and press into the bottom and up the sides of a greased muffin tin. 🧁
3️⃣ Place one meatball in each biscuit cup. 🥩
4️⃣ Top each meatball with a spoonful of marinara sauce. 🍅
5️⃣ Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top of each cup. 🧀
6️⃣ Bake for 15-18 minutes or until biscuits are golden and cheese is melted. 🔔
7️⃣ Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the muffin tin. ⏳
