🌱Picnic Bean Salad🌱
Oh those summer days are almost here, where living is easy and so is this recipe. You Can put it together in minutes , make it the night before or the same day and bring it with you to the beach 🏖 to picnic 🧺 cookout ☀️or just enjoy it at home 🏡 however you enjoy your summer days be sure to save this recipe and enjoy it along with your summer days
Ingredients:
1 English cucumber
1/2 red onion
1 green onion
4 radishes
2 plum tomatoes
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup hemp seeds
6 colossal pimento stuffed green 🫒
Bunch cilantro
1 box butter beans
1 box of kidney beans
2 tbsp pomegranate vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp sumac
Couple cracks black pepper
Chop all the veggies. Toss them in a bowl. Ad the seasoning, oil and vinegar and give a good mixing.
Add the beans and gently mix
