My week day breakfasts are always on the go, prepped and ready to take to work.

Today’s apple crumble inspired jar is as tasty as they get, so easy to prep the night before and such a great start to the day👌💯🥰

Deets:

🌱 @deliciouslyella Maple & Pecan granola
🌱 1/2 cup soya yoghurt
🌱 1/2 scoop @myvegan salted caramel soy isolate
🌱 cubed apple with maple syrup and cinnamon

- Gently sauté the apple, maple syrup and cinnamon for 2 or 3 minutes and leave to chill overnight
- Mix together the yoghurt and soy isolate (either in the morning or leave in the fridge overnight)
- Layer your jar, granola first, then protein yoghurt and top with the apple
