📖 Banana & Avocado Pancakes:
1 egg
100ml milk
1 ripe banana, mashed
1 cup (120g) self raising flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 avocado
Blend all your ingredients in a blender. Heat up your frying pan on a medium high heat with a little oil and spoon on some batter and spread out to make a circular shape, cook until browned on one side and then flip!
