Brioche rolls:
Go to “highlights” in my profile, then select “baking” for the recipe for brioche buns.
Big Mac sauce:
150ml of high quality mayo 1 tablespoonful of sweet yellow mustard 5 finely chopped cornichons 1 teaspoonful of whitewine vinegar 1 teaspoonful of ketchup 1 teaspoonful of onion powder 1 teaspoonful of garlic powder 0,5 teaspoonful of paprika Salt and pepper to taste
Add it all to a bowl and combine
Smash burgers:
divide ground beef 18% fat or above in 113g balls and salt them, heat a skillet or griddle over medium high heat and smash a ball, flip after a minute, add cheese and cover and cook for another minute.
Pickles:
Add equal parts of vinegar and sugar to a pot and bring to a boil. Finely slice a cucumber. Add the slices to the vinegar and boil for one minute. set aside.
Chop lettuce and raw white onions finely and assemble your Big Mac.
