Brioche rolls:

Go to “highlights” in my profile, then select “baking” for the recipe for brioche buns.

Salsa:

1 can of chopped tomatoes
The juice from 0.5 lime
0.5 finely sliced red onion
2 cloves of garlic
5 slices of jalapeño finely chopped
25ml ketchup
25ml olive oil
1 tsp dried cilantro
1 tsp dried cumin
Salt and pepper to taste

Drain the tomatoes and add to a bowl, add the remaining ingredients and combine.

Smash burgers:

divide ground beef 18% fat or above in 113g balls and salt them, heat a skillet or griddle over medium high heat and smash a ball, flip after a minute, add cheese and cover and cook for another minute.
