Wash ur mangoes well..1 kg Cut up into pieces..desired size u want Generally it wud be quarters Remove the inside seeds Rinse again and dry well in colander Add to a dish Add rough salt and some tumeric and leave for a while..to release water Drain again Dry in the sun for a day or so ..or put by the fan Then continue step 2
