6 carrots cut into long strips wash dry carrots with a cloth then cut. wen cut add to it 4 tablespoon akalwayas pickle masala
1 tsp crushed chilli
1/2 tsp garlic
1 tsp chillipowder
2 tsp mebos
2 tblsp oil
1 tblsp white vinegar (I add more - measure with your heart)
1 tblsp sugar

mix all well together
