Garlic, Chive, & Dill Compound Butter:
What you’ll need:
* 1 stick quality salted butter such as Plugra or Kerrygold, softened
* 2-3 cloves garlic pressed or finely minced
* 1 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
* 1 tbsp fresh chives finely chopped
* 1 tbsp fresh dill finely chopped
* Kosher salt to taste
* Fresh cracked pepper to taste
* Let butter come to room temperature.
* Add softened butter to a bowl, and use a spoon to cream/mash butter.
* Fold in garlic, herbs, and a sprinkle of kosher salt & pepper to taste.
* Serve softened or chilled. To chill, place herb butter on a piece of plastic wrap. Roll into a log and refrigerate for at least an hour or until firm. Slice into rounds and enjoy on bread, steaks, veggies, etc
