Made with a batter of grated Parmesan and panko breadcrumbs, these air fryer pork chops are crisp, delicious, and come together in under 30 minutes.
* 4 boneless pork chops pound to 1-inch thickness if needed * ½ cup all-purpose flour * 1 teaspoon garlic powder * 1 teaspoon onion powder * Salt & pepper to taste * 2 large eggs * Splash of milk or cream * ½ cup Italian panko breadcrumbs * ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese * Cooking spray
* If pork chops are thick, use a mallet to pound pork chops so they are flattened slightly and no more than 1 inch thick. * Set up breading station: Bowl 1: Flour + garlic powder + onion powder + salt + pepper. Whisk to combine. Bowl 2: Eggs + milk/cream. Whisk until fully combined. Bowl 3: Panko + Parmesan. Stir to combine. * Dredge pork chops in flour (shake off excess), dip in egg wash, then press into breadcrumb mixture. * Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Spray basket with cooking spray. * Air fry chops for 4 minutes, flip, spray again with cooking spray, and cook 4 more minutes until internal temp reaches 145°F. * Let pork chops rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving
