    These Cheesy Cottage Cheese Breadsticks are made with a cottage cheese crust topped with garlic butter and melty mozzarella cheese. They’re high-protein, low-carb, and completely gluten-free.

    Crust:
    * 1 cup cottage cheese drained of excess moisture
    * 2 large eggs
    * ¼ cup grated Parmesan
    * 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
    * ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
    * Freshly ground black pepper to taste
    Toppings:
    * 1 tablespoon salted butter
    * 1 ½ teaspoon minced garlic
    * 2 cups shredded mozzarella about 8 oz
    * Optional: extra Parmesan, Italian seasoning, black pepper, chopped parsley
    * Serve with marinara

    * Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a 9×13 baking pan with parchment paper.

    * In a food processor or blender, blend cottage cheese, eggs, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and pepper until smooth.

    * Spread mixture evenly in the pan. Bake 30–35 minutes until golden and set.

    * Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over crust.

    * Sprinkle mozzarella over crust. Bake or broil until cheese melts (watch closely if broiling to prevent parchment from burning).

    * Let cool 5–10 minutes before removing from parchment. Slice into breadsticks and serve with marinara.
