CREAMY “MEXICAN RUB” CHICKEN PASTA 🔥 🍝
If you haven’t tried the Mexican rub from @jdseasonings you need to it’s UNREAL 😍
For 2 people ✌🏼 coat the chicken in the Mexican spices and air fry for 20 mins at 200 🔥
Dice up 1 red pepper, 1 red onion 🧅 and fry off in the @jdseasoning Mexican spices and 1 clove of garlic 🧄 and let that cook away 👍🏼 weighed out 150g of dried rigatoni pasta and let that boil away 🔥
Once the veggies are almost softened I added 120g of @philadelphia_uki light and 150ml of the pasta water and added the chicken and let that simmer for the last 5 mins + until the pasta is cooked then add the pasta, stir thoroughly and serve 🤩
