EASY SALMON BURRITO BOWL
Now if you want to feel full after a meal, then this is one that you want to HIT save for! I honestly couldn’t eat anything else after this and a plus to this meal is that it doesn’t take a lot of cooking - an air fryer does it all for you!

Ingredients:
1 Salmon Fillet
125g Veetee Rice - Thai Lime & Herb
10g Capsicana Mexican Tomato & Chipotle Paste
45g Cherry tomatoes
26g Red onion
20g Red pepper
40g Avocado
25g Romaine lettuce
50g Sweetcorn
50g Black Beans
20ml Lime juice
1 tsp Coriander
Method:
1. Coat your salmon in the mexican paste and then pop in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes at 190c
2. Meanwhile dice up all your veggies and measure out sweet corn and black beans. Add all the veggies (minus avocado) to a bowl, add lime juice and coriander.
3. Heat up your rice and pop in the bowl
4. Add all remaining ingredients to the bowl once salmon is cooked.
