10 MINUTE GYOZA SOUP FOR ONE 🥟💥
I make this at LEAST once a week!! It’s the perfect little dish for when you’re WFH or just fancy something that’s quick to throw together but still want it to be light + nourishing.
Ingredients:
6 gyozas @itsuofficial
250-300ml veg stock liquid
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
Chilli flakes
Chilli oil @verylazyfooduk
Optional sesame seeds + anything else you fancy to garnish
Recipe:
Carefully steam gyozas in a pan in a little stock liquid on a low heat. Once cooked through, add a little more water so you have enough for a small broth and then flavour to taste with soy sauce, rice vinegar and chilli flakes. Start with the above measurements and then add more as needed. I sometimes also add a tiny dash of sesame oil here when I fancy that sesamey flavour.
Serve up with sesame seeds + a good drizzle of chilli oil.
